Do I need previous cleaning experience?
Professional experience helps, but we train on our checklist and standards. Reliability matters more than a long résumé.
Do I need my own car?
It helps for suburban routes, but many of our Toronto and North York crews travel by transit.
Is this employment or contract work?
We work with independently vetted professional cleaners. Terms are discussed at interview.
What does the vetting involve?
A background check, reference checks, an in-person interview and a paid trial clean with a senior cleaner.
