Questions about this service
What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. Deep cleaning tackles build-up — inside appliances, grout, baseboards, behind furniture — and is usually the first visit.
Do I need a deep clean before starting a plan?
Not always. If the home has not been professionally cleaned in a few months we usually recommend one deep clean, then standard visits after that.
Can I skip a visit?
Yes, any time, with 24 hours' notice and no fee.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month and you can pause or cancel with a message.
Do you clean inside the fridge and oven?
Those are add-ons on standard visits and included on deep cleans.
How do you handle keys and access?
Lockbox, fob, concierge or door code — whatever your building allows. Access details are stored securely and shared only with your assigned crew.
